What Elections Take Place Today?

Today is the Presidential Preference Primary for Republicans in Florida. Here in Palm Harbor, registered republicans are the only citizens who will be voting.

These are candidates who will appear on the ballot in the Presidential Preference Primary for Republicans, according to the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections website-

• Michele Bachmann
• Herman Cain 
• Newt Gingrich
• Jon Huntsman
• Gary Johnson
• Ron Paul
• Rick Perry
• Mitt Romney
• Rick Santorum

Some Pinellas County municipalities are also holding elections today-

• Clearwater
• Kenneth City
• Safety Harbor

What Do I Need to Know About Voting?

• Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. 
• You should bring valid identification: (Florida Driver's License, Florida ID Card, United States Passport, ect. For a complete list of forms of acceptable identification view this section of the Pinellas County Supervision of Elections office website.)

You have to vote in your precinct. Palm Harbor precincts are listed below. If you're not sure what precinct you belong to, just enter in your street address under Precinct Finder, this is located on the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Website.
