Library & Chamber of Commerce Host Yard Sales Saturday

Someone else's unwanted stuff could be your very own treasure. If you're the type of person who likes yard sales, you'll have two big ones to choose from here in Palm Harbor on Saturday.

The Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce will be holding a yard sale in front of their building. Lots of household items, books, toys, and collectibles will be for sale. Proceeds go to the Palm Harbor Relay for Life Team who is fundraising effort for the American Cancer Society. volunteers will also be selling coffee, hot chocolate, brownies and muffins.

The Palm Harbor Library will be holding a garage sale in the Community Room which is on the right as you enter the library. Organizers say the room will be filled with "a little bit of everything" with the exception of clothing. Money raised will go to the Palm Harbor Library's general fund. On Monday, the library will be selling whatever is left over for  50% off marked prices.

• The Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce is located at 1151 Nebraska Ave. Saturday Hours are 8am to 2pm
• The Palm Harbor Library is located at 2330 Nebraska Ave. Saturday hours are 10am to 4pm. Monday hours are 10am to 3pm
