Shop & Get Your Taxes Done for Free
The Palm Harbor Community Activity Center is combining its annual AARP income tax preparation service with a BOGO special at the Sophia's Attic Thrift Shop.
No doubt, income tax time is not everyone's favorite time of the year, but the has a special deal that might make tax time a bit more tolerable.
AARP volunteers will be preparing and e-filing federal income tax returns for the public for free at the Community Activity Center every Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. from February 3 - April 13, 2012.
People who have their return prepared will receive a BOGO voucher for use in the thrift shop, allowing them to buy one item at the regular price and receiving a second item of equal or lesser value for free.

Vouchers may be used during thrift shop operating hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-noon Saturday.
