Giving Tree Helps Brighten Holidays for Domestic Abuse Victims

You can make a young domestic abuse victim's Christmas dreams come true by picking a child's name from the Giving Tree and purchasing a gift for that child.

The Palm Harbor Library and the Haven of Religious Community Services are teaming up to provide holiday gifts for young victims of domestic abuse.

This is the seventh year that a Giving Tree has been on display at the . The Haven of Religious CommunityΒ Services has set up the Giving Tree in the lobby of the library. It features the names of children along with the child's Christmas gift wish written in a paper ornament.

To brighten the holidays for a child, just select a paper ornament from the tree, purchase the requested item and bring it back to the Children's Room at library by Monday, December, 12. Please make sure you put the child's paper wish ornament to the gift.
