Heron Rescue Unfolds on Twitter

Suncoast Animal League Executive Director Rick Chaboudy is regularly called out to rescue all types of critters in Pinellas County. He often cross-posts his activity on Twitter and Facebook, so animal lovers can follow along. Here's a look at how the rescue of an injured Blue Heron unfolded as the story developed on Facebook Friday.

Around 4:30pm on Facebook-Suncoast Animal League: "A bird in hand. After a brief chase through a complex, this injured Great Blue Heron was apprehended with the help.."
