Adoptable Kitty-Palooza!
Some cuddly kitties are among the critters available for adoption this week at the Suncoast Animal League, including two kittens who were abandoned in a dumpster.
This week, the has some adorable kitties that are looking for new homes. Maybe one of these furry little critters are the perfect match for you!
Summer
Given that the Pinellas County School year just ended, it seems fitting that we post this beautiful kitty in our adoptable album today. Her name is... Summer.

Her personality is every bit as lovely as those calm blue/green eyes.
Summer is three years-old and is an affectionate lap cat. She gets along well with everyone -other cats, calm dogs and children. She’s a wonderful kitty who’s looking for a family who will give her the comfortable life that she deserves.

Sam & Libby
Looking at these adorable faces, it’s impossible to believe that four weeks ago, someone threw them into a dumpster.
Samantha and Libby are nine week-old female Tortoiseshell kittens, who have been living the good life for the last month with one of our amazing foster families. They’re tightly bonded and sleep wrapped up together in a little kitty ball. When one can't find the other they cry till they find each other.
Libby is the one with the little pink nose. She loves to watch TV and she tries to catch the ceiling fan when it goes around. She’s energetic and playful, but is always ready to snuggle up with a person for a nap too.
Sammy is the lover and the crier. She meows loudly to tell everyone it’s time to pay attention to her and is very inquisitive. She’s always into something. When she’s tired, she likes to sit by a person to get some love… until Libby comes over to convince her to move to the next adventure.
Both kittens also love their foster family’s dog, Ruby (who incidentally is SAL’s 2011 Dogtoberfest Queen), and chase her ever-wagging tail. Sam climbs all over her to greet her every morning.
To meet these adorable little fuzzies, please contact the Suncoast Animal League office at 727-786-1330. The Suncoast Animal League is a no-kill shelter located at 1030 Pennsylvania Ave.
