Learn About Diabetes at Your Palm Harbor Library

Diabetes and You, a program that will educate you about diabetes and how to live with it successfully, is scheduled on Thursday, January 15 at 1:00 p.m. at the Palm Harbor Library located at 2330 Nebraska Avenue.

Cynthia Witkowski, Certified Diabetes Educators & Dietician, will present this informative program. Did you know that living successfully with diabetes can be the healthiest kind of living? Whether you’ve been diagnosed recently or have had the disease a lifetime, this presentation can give you the tools and information you need to educate yourself on the disease and, most importantly, how you can help to control it.
