Man Accused of Molesting Girls
Detectives say Palm Harbor resident Christopher Stark age 39, knew his alleged victims. He is charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct.
A Palm Harbor man is charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious molestation and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct. Pinellas County Sheriff's Detectives arrested Christopher Stark, 39, after he was interviewed about the alleged incidents on May 1. Stark voluntarily went to the North District Station for the interview that evening.
Crimes Against Children (CAC) Investigators with the Sheriff's Office say a 13 year-old girl reported the alleged crime to an adult at her school on May 1. The adult passed along the information to the School Resource Officer, who informed CAC detectives.
Detectives say Stark touched one of the girls inappropriately over a two-year period, and touched the other girl inappropriately over a one-year period. Stark knew both of the girls, according to investigators.
