Palm Harbor Library is seeking to contract an artist from the Tampa Bay area to execute an outdoor mural which will be located prominently on either the east side or northeast side of the Library building. There are no set criteria for the mural, however submissions that highlight a Palm Harbor or literary theme are recommended. The deadline to apply is Friday, November 21 at 5:00 p.m.
