Palm Harbor Library Offers New Homebound Delivery Service
Palm Harbor Library Press Release
Do you have a temporary or long-term physical illness or disability that makes it difficult to travel to the library? The Palm Harbor Library, located at 2330 Nebraska Avenue, has a service especially for you! The library is offering a new Homebound Delivery Service providing books and materials to Palm Harbor residents who are unable to visit the library. Materials available for delivery include regular print books, large print books, paperback books, books on CD and puzzles. You can check out up to eight items each month, and request specific titles or books by your favorite authors (subject to availability). If you prefer, materials can be selected for you based on your reading interests.
This is a free service and is proudly provided to you by library staff and volunteers. Deliveries are made the second Friday morning of each month. At the same time, materials checked out the previous month will be picked up.
