Palm Harbor Man Charged with Failing to Register as Sexual Predator
Police say Chester Robert Dzikowski failed to change his address on his ID within two days of moving, which violates state law.

Registered sexual predator Chester Robert Dzikowski moved from 12500 U.S. 19 N in Clearwater to 325 Cherry Laurel Dr. in Palm Harbor but failed to change his address within two days of moving, according to a report by the Tampa Bay Times.
The move resulted in his arrest by Clearwater Police and two charges of failing to register as a sexual predator because state law requires registered sex offenders to change their address on their driver's license within two days of moving.
Dzikowski, 32, was released from jail on a $10,000 bond, Pinellas County Jail records show.
