Tennis Player Commits to Michigan State

Palm Harbor resident Julianne Gruber has signed a National Letter of Intent and will join the Michigan State Spartans, according to an announcement made by the school today.

Michigan State Head Women's Tennis Coach Simone Jardim says, "Julianne is a great player with a lot of potential, and we are excited to welcome her in the fall."

Jardim says the team is looking for Gruber to make an immediate impact. "Julianne is a wonderful kid who has excelled at every level she has competed at and will be a pivotal addition to the team in the fall," she said.

Gruber attended Calvary Christian High School in Clearwater.
