Pet of the Week: Meet Misty!

This kitten got a rough start at life, but is on the mend. Palm Harbor Patch is proud to help the Suncoast Animal League find a home for this adorable kitty.

Misty is a 7 month-old kitten who was tossed aside in a sealed cardboard box on a dirt driveway.  She had no food, no water, and no chance to escape. That was two months ago, but after some vet care and a lot of TLC from our volunteers, she's healthy now and is ready to start a new life with a loving family.

Misty is a very sweet, affectionate kitten, who is really coming out of her shell.  She's a true testament of forgiveness and is one of our volunteer's favorites!  She's very attached to her stuffed frog and LOVES cheese.  She doesn't mind other cats or calm kids and dogs. Misty would do best in a home where she can find a quiet space when she needs one, and her family will need to go slow and have patience with her until they build her trust.

Misty is currently at the Suncoast Animal League office.  To hear our adoption hours or ask additional questions, please call:  727-786-1330.
