Pets of the Week: A Bird & Cat!
Palm Harbor Patch is proud to help the Suncoast Animal League find forever homes for these great pets.
This week, we have two great pets who are looking for new homes.
A Feathered Friend
This young, male Cockatiel was found at a park when it landed on a worker’s shoulder several weeks ago. This gentle, handsome bird is extremely friendly and loves to be on your shoulder, finger or head… anything to be close to you. He likes to converse with people, but he is a little difficult to understand. We are still working on the language barrier.

This little guy needs to go into a home that will spend up close and personal time with him. He needs to be more than just a bird in a cage. We don't know anything about his parents but we're sure he's a "chirp" off the old block.
The bird is currently staying with a foster family. Please call our office to make an appointment to meet him.

Cat of the Week
Rusty is a FANTASTIC orange tabby, who is about one year-old. He's one of those rare, very outgoing, kitties who probably thinks he's a dog. He adores people and wants to personally meet everyone who comes in the room. He's still young enough to be curious and playful, but also wants as much love as he can get.
Rusty gets along well with kids and other cats. We haven't tested him around dogs yet, but given that he's so social, we assume he'd do fine as long as they're not aggressive.
Come to the Suncoast Animal League office to meet him!
