The employee took Seabrook to the ground to control him after Seabrook swung several more times. Seabrook then threatened to get an AK-47 and come back. Two other employees witnessed the events.
The report goes on to say that when Seabrook was told of his charges, he called the arresting deputy names, told him he had top-dollar lawyers and more money than the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, and that he'd have him fired by Monday.
Seabrook, of 631 Bonnie Blvd, was charged with simple battery and assault. A wants and warrants check showed Seabrook on inmate release status for armed robbery. He was released booked into the Land O' Lakes Jail at around 1 a.m. Friday and released in the late morning.
