Local Scouts Get Internet Lesson from Patch
Nine Cub Scouts from Palm Harbor's Den 1, Pack 26 learned firsthand how Palm Harbor Patch communicates to its audience; they helped create a news story!
A group of local Cub Scouts got a behind the scenes look at how a news story is put together during a den meeting Monday, Feb. 6.
The six and seven year-olds are working toward earning their "Communications" badges and invited Palm Harbor Patch to explain how Patch communicates with others on the internet.
The boys watched a video news story about animals and birds in historic Palm Harbor. They also learned about another story on Palm Harbor Patch concerning a lost dog.
