Monday, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office began notifying 300 to 400 store owners about the latest synthetic substances they can't sell. An autopsy found that synthetic pot intoxication contributed to the drowning of PHUH grad Logan Kushner in January.

Firefighters were able to establish where the fire started. However, they have not determined what started the blaze, which caused $100,000 damage to the Palm Harbor home, according to a PHFR spokesperson.
