Tropical Storm Debby Floods Sunderman Fields

For residents living near the Sunderman Recreation Complex, flooded roads from heavy rains is probably nothing new.

But, we did come across an unusual sight Sunday afternoon; a boat was parked in front of the complex on 8th St. with flood water rushing past it. It appears as though the boat may have taken on some water, because water from the boat was being drained onto the street.

The playing fields at the Sunderman Recreation Complex were also flooded Sunday afternoon.
