It looks like umbrellas and rain jackets will be a necessity through Monday. The National Weather Service is predicting an 80% chance of rain in Palm Harbor today with a high near 71ΒΊ. Tonight's low will be around 56ΒΊ and the chance of rain will drop to a 20% this evening.
