YMCA Kids Fishing Challenge is Saturday

The fishing challenge is a catch and release tournament for kids ages 12 and under.

The Palm Harbor YMCA is hosting a "Kids Fishing Challenge" this Saturday at . The catch and release tournament is for kids ages 12 and under.  

Kids will fish for 45 minutes starting at-

  • 11:30 am

Trophies will be presented after each fishing time for-

  • First Fish
  • Biggest Fish
  • Smallest Fish

Raffle Drawings and Grand Prizes for Most Fish Caught, Biggest Overall and Smallest Overall will be presented beginning at 12:30 pm.

You can sign up for the Kids Fishing Angler or the Non-Angler Option.

  • The $15 Angler option includes: tournament entry, fishing rod and reel, tackle and tackle box, bait, t-shirt, lunch, crafts, raffle ticket, and activities.
  • The $10 Non-Angler option includes: lunch, t-shirt, crafts, raffle ticket & activities.

All proceeds benefit the Greater Palm Harbor YMCA People Helping People Financial Assistance Program. The YMCA is a charitable organization that promises no one will be turned away due to an inability to pay. Help us make a difference in the community by supporting this event.
