- Hi, I just found a young, male, brown, tan, black, and white Chihuahua/Terrier/Lab mix who weighs around 15-20 pounds, running along Old Cutler Road and 67th Avenue in Pinecrest, absolutely terrified.
He's emaciated, so frail, and doesn't have a collar or a microchip (I just took him to the vet).
