Gunman Shoots Former Girlfriend, Another Man, Then Himself At Pinellas Park Business
Two people are dead in a murder-suicide shooting in the parking lot of a business in Pinellas Park Monday morning.
PINELLAS PARK, FL — Two people are dead in a murder-suicide shooting in the parking lot of a business in Pinellas Park Monday morning.
According to Pinellas Park Police, around 5 p.m. police were called to the parking lot of HIT Promotional Products, 3320 122nd Ave. and found three people with gunshot wounds.
Police said it appears a former boyfriend shot his ex-girlfriend and another man in the parking lot. He then turned the gun on himself. The woman and the shooter died in the parking lot. The other man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police said the shooting was an isolated incident and there was no threat to the employees working at the business. Police have not identified those shot or said if they are employees of the business.
The shooting comes as the nation observes Domestic Violence Awareness month throughout October.

Pinellas Park police encourage anyone who is a victim or knows a victim of domestic violence to report it to law enforcement or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE.
In addition, there is help for domestic violence victims locally through Community Action Stops Abuse.
