23-Year-Old Pedestrian Killed In Seminole; Driver Faces DUI
A 23-year-old pedestrian has died following a crash in Seminole early Sunday morning.
SEMINOLE, FL — A 23-year-old pedestrian has died following a crash in Seminole early Sunday morning.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, at 2:51 a.m., 31-year-old Daniel Sarine was driving south on 113th Street near 102nd Avenue in a 2014 Dodge Journey when Ronald Martin stepped off the curb of 113th Street into his path.
Deputies said Sarine attempted to avoid hitting Martin but was not successful. Martin was pronounced dead at the scene.

Deputies said Sarine showed signs of being impaired and was arrested and charged with one count of driving under the influence.
