When I first heard, I was a senior in high school in Miami. I remember another student running into the room, stating that someone had crashed a plane into the World Trade Center. Immediately, the whole class was glued to the television as we watched the smoke billow out of the Twin Towers. I couldn’t believe what had happened and was absolutely dumbfounded. I still remember seeing the buildings fall to the ground vividly. I remember feeling frightened and confused and not being able to comprehend that we were attacked so viciously.

Whatever your story is, we’d like to hear it and share it. You can post your stories in the comments, on Facebook or through e-mail if you’d like to remain anonymous.
