Beach Escapes: Obscured Playground

Where is it:

By 45^th Avenue off of Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach.

How to get there:

Heading south on Gulf Boulevard past Corey Avenue, Lido Park will be on the right hand side. The easiest way to find parking is to turn left on 45^th Avenue.

What to do there:

Bring out the kids for a day of fun. The playground at Lido Park is large has plenty of room for multiple little ones. The field available at the park is also long and clear, so it’s great place for a game of Frisbee.

Why is it important:

Lido Park is hidden away. If you’re not looking for it, it’s very easy to just drive right past it on the way to Pass-A-Grille. The obscured nature of the park make it an underused park, which is great for bringing out family.
