Beach Sights: Picnic on the Water

Where is it:

In the park on the corner of Blind Pass Road and 93rd Avenue.

How to get there:

After parking, walk straight toward the water. There you'll find a barbecue stand, a covered picnic area and multiple benches right on the water.

What to do there:

This place is great for families. There's a playground in the park for the little ones, a pier for fishing and lots of potential for good cookouts.

Why is this important:

You can't beat cooking out on the water. This allows you to do so without having to mess with the sand. There are also restrooms nearby and shaded areas to make it a nicer day by the water.
