Guppy's Gulf Side Gallop

Saturday morning the Indian Rocks Beach Homeowners Association staged the Guppy's Gulf Side Gallop. A fun run on the beach. The event is Sponsored by Guppy's Seafood  Restaurant.

The event was held at Indian Rocks Beach County Park, which is just about 1 mile North of Walsingham Road.

This year's event drew over 400 runners from all over the Tampa Bay area. It was a perfect day for running on the beach. Cool and just a light breeze. The tide cooperated and the runners had a nice long stretch of hard pack sand to run on.
