Businesses of the Year Named

Kahwa Coffee and Tampa Bay Watch are among the businesses honored.

A lot of behind-the-scenes work goes into owning and running a business. While hard work can be its own reward for many, the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce has recognized a few outstanding businesses on the beaches.

The Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce held a ceremony last Thursday to announce the winners of their Business of the Year award.

Nominations came from the public and all award winners had to be active on Tierra Verde/Isla Del Sol, Pass-a-Grille Beach, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, North Redington Beach, Redington Shores, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach or Clearwater Beach.
