Coastal's Premier Seaside Group welcomes two new Real Estate Advisors to its team

CLEARWATER, FL (August 2014) - Coastal Properties Group International/Christie’s International Real Estate welcomed two new luxury Real Estate Advisors to the firm. Amber Burton and Brad Meinck have joined the firm and will be working as part of the Premier Seaside Group team. Premier Seaside Group is a top producing real estate team that specializes in listing and selling Intracoastal waterfront properties and Gulf- front beach condominiums in Pinellas County.

With a 12-year back ground in legal and construction experience, Amber brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her valued real estate clients.

“Having built homes from the ground up, I understand construction, the materials, aligning subcontractors and the nuances of real estate,” explained Amber. “Coupling that knowledge with my legal and real estate experience helps me assist clients in making better real estate buying and selling decisions.”

Residing in Indian Rocks Beach, Amber enjoys networking at community social events and getting to meet great neighbors at local civic and fundraising organizations.

Bradley “Brad” Meinck brings with him more than eighteen years in the healthcare industry in various executive and C-Suite positions. During his career he has been involved in numerous commercial real estate transactions on both the property acquisition and commercial leasing platforms. As a resident of Island Estates on Clearwater Beach, Brad lives with his wife Lee Ann and daughter Gabriella, they enjoy boating, golf and tennis. Brad specializes in corporate relocations and brings his more than thirty years of local knowledge coupled with his business background to help both buyers and sellers alike.
