Couple Arrested in Beach Fornication
A couple were arrested on charges of having sex on the beach in Treasure Island.
TBO has posted an article regarding the arrest of a man and woman who police say were caught having sex on Treasure Island Beach on Monday.
TBO’s article lists the couple as Erica Alexander Huerta, 21, and Steven Douglas Perry, 22. Each was charged with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior.
The couple were out on the beach, about 100 feet from Caddy’s, according to TBO. According to the article, the couple were in clear view of restaurant patrons, and children were present on the beach at the time of act.

Bail for the couple was set at $10,000 each.
