Whats the worst thing that's happened to you when you forgot to fall back?

The fallback is coming up on November 6th.
While not a holiday, it's loved by hard-workers due to it affording an extra hour of sleep.
While the perk of extra sleep is great, it can cause some disasters if you forget it.

We at Patch want to know what's the worst thing that's happened to you when you forgot completely about resetting your clock before going to bed. Did it screw up your entire day? Whatever it is, we want to know.
When I was younger and living on my own for the first time, I actually didn't forget about the Daylight Savings Time change, I screwed up the fall back and spring ahead, which is why I use "fall" and spring" to describe them to this day. So not only did I miss out on the precious extra hour of sleep, I ended making my trip to work a full two hours early. I was embarassed and actually had to work a longer shift because of it, since someone else had called out. Needless to say, I've never screwed it up again.
