Deputies Investigate Drowning Of Seminole Woman

Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the drowning of a 66-year-old woman in Seminole at about 10:28 p.m. on Aug. 1.

SEMINOLE, FL -- Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the drowning of a 66-year-old woman in Seminole at about 10:28 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 1.

The incident occurred at a private residence located at 9001 Cypress Trail in Seminole. Deputies were informed by paramedics that 66-year-old Mary Parrish Anderson was found unresponsive in the pool. The paramedics pronounced Mary dead at the scene.

Deputies say Anderson's husband, 70-year-old Eric Anderson, and brother-in-law, 68-year-old, Mark Anderson, were asleep inside the home. They awoke to find Anderson unresponsive in the pool and called 911. The incident does not appear suspicious.
