SEMINOLE, FL — Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives are investigating a fire at a Seminole apartment building Wednesday that left one person dead.

Firefighters were called to the Seminole Gardens apartments at 8533 110th St. N. around 4 p.m.

After extinguishing the flames, firefighters found one person dead inside one of the apartments, identified as Pedro Ramon Marino, 65, a resident of the apartment building.

Six apartments were damaged.

Detectives have not determined a cause of the fire but say it is not suspicious.
