Dining and Walking on a Sunny Sunday Afternoon at John's Pass Village

It's hard to decide what is more popular at John's Pass Village on a sunny Sunday afternoon: lunch, an adult beverage or ice cream.

John’s Pass Village at Madeira Beach is a magnet for tourists and locals, particularly on a Sunday afternoon, particularly on a sunny Sunday, particularly on a warm if not hot sunny Sunday.

This past weekend was no different. Whether the crowds wolfed down chicken wings while watching the Rays, eating fine seafood at Sculley’s Dockside Grille, burgers at Pirates Pub and Grub, fish tacos at Noah’s Ark or sampling sweet, cold treats for any number of ice cream shops dotting John’s Pass Village.

But all seemed to be enjoying themselves along the picturesque slice of real estate along a busy waterway where hundreds of boats and frolicking dolphins coexist.
