Driver Responsible for Fatal Crash Sentenced

Daniel Dolcater, , was sentenced to 21 years in prison, according to an article on Tampabay.com.
Dolcater, who turns 21 on Monday, was sentenced under two counts of DUI manslaughter and other charges.
In September, Dolcater was driving under the influence and speeding away from police at 69 mph in a 35 mph when he collided with another vehicle. His crash sent his car into the fountain in front of the Alden Beach Resort.

Dolcater has never held a license and was driving his father's car without his permission on the night of the crash.
