The Chamber of Commerce asked freeFall to host this event to celebrate PSTA operating service from St. Pete Beach all the way to The Pier -- meaning that passengers headed downtown from the beach will not have to make any transfers. There will be places along the route where passengers can transfer from PSTA to the Downtown Looper route if they wish.
