The St. Pete Beach Recreation Department kicks off new Quick Start Tennis Program for youngsters with a family festival featuring tennis clinics, demos, refreshments, prizes and more. The city says some of the changes in the way children under age 10 learn to play tennis include smaller courts, lighter and lower-bouncing balls, and lighter racquets.
