Enjoy New Year's Eve on the beach with the dance music of SPF 40. Appetizers start at 7pm. Dinner at 8pm includes seafood bisque; salad; choice of prime rib, panko-and-horseradish-crusted salmon, or chicken roullade; and a smaller version of Morgan's Mountain. There will be a champagne toast at midnight, followed by a continental breakfast.
