Second Annual "WHITE LINEN NIGHT"

We'd like invite everyone to join us for our Second Annual  "White Linen Night".

For those of you that are familiar with the White Linen Night in New Orleans, The Cigar Republic is doing it TI style. In keeping with tradition, those who attend are strongly encouraged to wear white linen outfits and even hats (true linen clothing is optional). This tradition dates back to the years before air conditioning in homes and vehicles, when New Orleanians lessened the effects of the summer heat by wearing white linen clothing. Men wore white suits and women white dresses to reflect, rather than absorb, the summer sun.

So take a break from the summer heat, put on your whites and come celebrate with your friends at The Cigar Republic.
