Explorer Post 900 Participates In Police Explorer Training
Seven members of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Explorer Post 900 participated in statewide delegates training.
PINELLAS COUNTY, FL -- Seven members of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office Explorer Post 900 participated in the 2018 Florida Association of Police Explorers Delegates Training. Sept. 28-30 in Seminole County, Florida.
On Saturday, Sept. 28, the Explorers participated in several training scenarios involving traffic stops, trespassing on school property, manufacturing and distribution of moonshine. Explorers also had the opportunity to learn about leadership and "followership" in law enforcement.
On Sunday, Sept. 30, Explorer Sgt. Justin Musick and Explorer Taylor Ford joined more than 22 other Explorers in participating in the pistol competition at the Seminole County gun range.
