Indian Rocks Beach Woman Accused of Raping Minor

A forty-one-year old Indian Rocks Beach woman is currently facing charges of sexual assault against a fifteen-year-old, according to an article from theSt. Petersburg Times.

Lori Ann Elliott, 41, and her boyfriend, Patrick Carson, 45, were watching after the teenager last Friday when the incident purportedly occured.

Elliott and Carson proceeded to give the minor alcohol until he was incapacitated. Elliott then performed a sexual act on the teenager while Carson watched, according to the St. Petersburg Times. After Elliott repeatedly raped the youth.

Eliott and Carson were arrested on Wednesday after deputies came to their residence investigating a domestic abuse call.

Elliott and Carson are currently being held as Pinellas County Jail where Elliott is facing charges of sexual battery and Carson is facing charges of child neglect, obstructing or resisting an officer and being a principal to a crime in the first-degree.
