Man Accused Of Sending Sexual Text Messages To 13-Year-Old Girl
Pinellas Park Police have arrested 35-year-old man accused of sending a series of inappropriate text messages to a 13-year-old girl.

PINELLAS PARK, FL — Pinellas Park Police have arrested 35-year-old man accused of sending a series of inappropriate text messages to a 13-year-old girl's cell phone while she was at school.
Pinellas Park Police were called to a local middle school Wednesday after several sexually explicit text messages were discovered on a student's cell phone. A teacher at the middle school found the messages when the student refused to put away her cell phone in class and the teacher took it away from her.
The teacher reported what she saw to school administrators who contacted police.

Following an investigation by detectives, Kyle Hughe Kemp of Pinellas Park was interviewed and arrested. Kemp has no connection to the school and investigators are not releasing Kemp's connection to the 13-year-old student.
Detectives are working with the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office to obtain a search warrant for Kemp's cell phone.
