Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Mobile Home Park Manager

A 34-year-old transient has been arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting a property manager who was showing him a mobile home.

PINELLAS PARK, FL — A 34-year-old transient has been arrested after being accused of sexually assaulting a property manager who was showing him a mobile home for rent.

According to Pinellas Park Police, on Saturday around 10 a.m., the 40-year-old property manager was doing some cleanup around the mobile home park where she lives in the 7500 block of U.S. 19 N. when Daniel Love, no address, approached her and asked about renting an empty mobile home.

According to police, the property manager began to show him around the inside of the mobile home but became uncomfortable with Love's demeanor and tried to leave.

Police said he grabbed her by the neck, pulled out a pocket knife and sexually battered her. After Love passed out inside the mobile home, the property manager escaped and call 911.

Love was charged with armed sexual battery, aggravated assault and false imprisonment. He was given no bond on the sexual battery charge. Bond on the false imprisonment charge was set at $20,000 and bond on the aggravated assault charge was set at $10,000. Love remains in the Pinellas County Jail.
