The Man vs. Food Red Stag Jim Beam Food Truck has been circling Tampa for most of the weekend, and South Tampa. The chefs knew their food and my personal favorite was the Crouching Red Stag Hidden Cherry, which is an Asian pancake, complemented with by scallions, cucumbers, and hoisin sauce.
