Mental Health Worker Accused Of Battering Disabled Client
Pinellas Park Police have arrested a mental health day-care worker accused of battering a client with a severe cognitive disability.
PINELLAS PARK, FL -- Pinellas Park Police have arrested a mental health day-care worker accused of battering a client with a severe cognitive disability.
Police were called to D-Tec at 5251 110th Ave. N. Tuesday at 2:45 p.m. following a complaint that a client had been injured by an employee at the center.
Kevnon Saquan Neal-Parker, 23, was arrested and charged with abuse of a disabled person. He is in the Pinellas County Jail where bond is set at $10,000.

The battered client was transported to the hospital to receive stitches for a head injury.
