Motorcycle Passenger Seriously Injured In Crash On 70th Avenue
A woman riding on the back of a motorcycle was seriously injured when the motorcycle was involved in a crash with a pickup truck.

PINELLAS PARK, FL – A woman riding on the back of a motorcycle was seriously injured when the motorcycle was involved in a crash with a pickup truck in the 5700 block of 70th Avenue in Pinellas Park around 5:50 p.m. Saturday, April 28.
Pinellas Park Police say the motorcycle driven by John Yates Adams II, 54, of Pinellas Park, with Hieu Bui, 43, of St. Petersburg on the back was traveling west on 70th Avenue. A 1989 GMC truck, driven by Dawson Jay Adams, 19, of Pinellas Park was behind the motorcycle when he collided with the back of the motorcycle. The motorcycle became lodged in the front grill of the truck. Bui was thrown off the motorcycle and was dragged beneath the truck, resulting in serious injuries.
Police believe speed was a factor and are continuing their investigation.
