Pedestrian Killed While Crossing Park Boulevard
Pinellas Park Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian.

PINELLAS PARK, FL -- Pinellas Park Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian.
The crash occurred at 9:14 p.m. Monday, Oct. 15 in the 4300 block of Park Boulevard.
All that is known at this time is a man was struck by a vehicle while crossing the eastbound lanes of Park Boulevard. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His name is not being released until his next of kin has been notified.

Traffic homicide investigators are on the scene but the crash does not appear to be criminal in nature. The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene and is cooperating with investigators. This scene will remain active for several hours as investigators work to determine how the crash occurred.
Currently all eastbound lanes of Park Boulevard are closed between 40th and 43rd Street.
