Pinellas Park Man Charged With Downloading Child Porn

PINELLAS PARK, FL -- A Pinellas Park man is facing three counts of possessing child pornography after Pinellas Park Police served a search warrant on his home.

On Friday, Aug. 27, Pinellas Park Police detectives executed a search warrant on the home of Ameeyid Taiourane, 29, of 5540 98th Ave. N., Pinellas Park, after receiving a tip through the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that he was in downloading child pornography.

Detectives were recovered child-related pornographic images inside the residence.

Taiourane was charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and was booked into the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of a $60,000 bond. More charges may be forthcoming.
