PINELLAS PARK, FL -- Pinellas Park Police have released a surveillance video image of a car that may have been involved in the hit-and-run crash in the 12100 block of 66th Street North on Tuesday, March 13, around 8:46 p.m.
A car struck and killed John Robert Glenn Instasi, 56, who was riding his bike on 66th Street North.
The image was captured by a video at a business located south of the crash site just prior to the time the bicyclist was hit..

The suspect vehicle is an older-model sports utility vehicle that it tan or light-colored. It may have heavy front end damage and a dim right rear brake light.
