Police Blotter: August 2-7
The following people were arrested between August 2 and August 7. The information is provided by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
August 3
* Kenneth Massey, 52, of Treasure Island, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing
* Vincent Wade, 23, of St. Petersburg, was arrested felony charges of violation of probation, possession of a blank prescription, RAW/OV (obstruction), and misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief, possession of marijuana and RAW/OV (obstruction). His bond was set at $600.

August 4
* Samuel Vargas, 19, of Gulfport, was arrested on a felony charge of grand theft. His bond was set at $500.

*James Falduto, 62, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of animal cruelty and resisting an officer. His bond was set at $1,000.
*Brent Freeland, 29, of Tampa, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence.
* Robert Stevenson, 49, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on a felony charge of battery. His bond was set at $1,500.
August 5
* Richard Maurer, 57, of Kalamazoo, Mich., was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct (brawling). His bond was set at $250.
* David Wilson, 59, of Portage, Mich., was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $250.
August 6
* John Johns, 41, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested for felony charges of retail theft and grand theft. His bond was set at $1,000.
* Terry MacArthur, 53, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Marco Montoya, 29, of Greely, Colo., was arrested on a felony charge of domestic battery by strangulation.
* Brian Wright, 34, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty. Moore posted $500 bail. His bond was set at $10,000.
* David Layton, 40, of Treasure Island, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $400.
* Abel Nazariogonzalez , 28, of St. Pete Beach, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of fleeing the scene of an accident.
* Anthony Scott, 28, of Madeira Beach, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.
August 7
* Noelle Nash, 25, of Palm Harbor, was arrested on two misdemeanor charges of resisting an officer without violence. Her bond was set at $300.
